About Reuzel

Reuzel was founded in 2012 in Schorem Barbershop in Rotterdam, Netherlands — one of the most famous and influential traditional barbershops in the world. Created by barbers Leen Peeters and Bertus Brokamp, Reuzel was designed to meet the exacting standards of professional barbers who had grown frustrated with the quality of available pomades and grooming products.

Green (Water-Based Medium Hold): Reuzel's most versatile pomade. Medium hold with a high shine finish — easy to restyle throughout the day, washes out cleanly. The classic choice for everyday use. Suitable for all hair types.

Blue (Water-Based Strong Hold): Strong hold with a high shine finish. For styles that need to stay in place all day — slick backs, quiffs, and defined side parts. Water-based formula washes out easily without build-up.

Pink (Oil-Based Original): Traditional oil-based pomade with strong hold and high shine. The old-school barber choice — longer-lasting hold than water-based alternatives. Requires proper shampooing to remove. For clients who want authentic traditional pomade performance.

Red (Oil-Based Superior Hold): Maximum hold oil-based pomade. The strongest product in the Reuzel range — for styles that need to last all day in any conditions. High shine finish. Requires shampoo to remove.
