Suitable for all hair types prone to frizz, particularly fine to medium hair that needs smoothing without weight.

Fondant Fluidealiste Conditioner: A smoothing rinse-out conditioner that detangles, reduces frizz, and delivers Morpho-Kératine Complex to seal the cuticle. Leaves hair soft, smooth, and manageable — use after every shampoo for consistent frizz control.

Masque Oleo-Relax: The intensive weekly Discipline treatment for thick, very frizzy, or rebellious hair. Oleo-Relax Hair Oil: A nourishing finishing oil for thick, very frizzy, or dry hair. Applied to damp or dry hair — delivers intense nourishment, eliminates frizz, and adds shine without greasiness. Also effective as a pre-shampoo treatment for very dry frizzy hair.

Fluidissime Anti-Frizz Spray: A lightweight finishing spray that provides all-day frizz control without weight or stiffness. Applied to dry, styled hair as a final step — seals the style, eliminates flyaways, and protects against humidity for long-lasting smoothness.

Cleanse with Bain Fluidealiste, then apply Fondant Fluidealiste and leave for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. Apply Kératine Thermique to damp hair before blow-drying — use a round brush and blow-dry section by section for maximum smoothing. Use Masque Oleo-Relax once weekly in place of conditioner for intensive frizz control. Finish with Fluidissime Spray on dry styled hair to seal and protect. For very frizzy or thick hair, apply Oleo-Relax oil to damp hair before blow-drying for extra nourishment and smoothing.

Can I use Discipline on colour-treated hair? Yes — all Discipline products are safe for colour-treated hair. The sulfate-free Bain Fluidealiste will not strip colour, and the Morpho-Kératine Complex formulas are gentle enough for chemically processed hair. For colour-treated hair that is both frizzy and requires colour protection, Discipline can be combined with Kérastase Chroma Absolu products.
