Our Founder: Lewis Thomas

Partners Hair was founded by Lewis Thomas, an entrepreneur who has spent four decades building one of South Africa’s most respected salon businesses. Lewis’s philosophy has always been simple: invest in your people, and the rest follows. His commitment to ongoing staff training and professional development is what sets Partners Hair apart — not just as a place to get your hair done, but as a place where stylists genuinely grow their craft.
