Ceramic, Infrared & Ionic
Moyoko builds its hot tools on three technologies. Not every tool carries all three — here’s what each does and where you’ll find it.
Infrared
Heats the hair from within, so it reaches styling temperature at a lower plate setting. Moyoko rates it at up to 60% less heat damage. Found on the Classic and Infinity straighteners.
Ionic
A built-in generator releases negative ions that seal the cuticle and neutralise static. On the Classic, Infinity, Magnitude, Aria E9, Bombshell waver and Auto Curl Master.
Ceramic
Ceramic plates and barrels spread heat evenly, so one slow pass does the work of several. The Classic and Infinity add tourmaline-infused floating plates.
