How to use
On clean, sopping-wet hair, warm 1–2 pumps between your palms until the cream turns white, then smooth through mid-lengths to ends with the praying-hands method. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery can take 2 - 5 days depending on where you are based. Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban deliveries normally take around 2 days. Orders are sent out with either one of our courier partners, depending on the service levels available in your area.

Q: How does shipping work?
A: Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.

Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@partnershair.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
