A sulphate-free, creamy gentle cleanser — a lightweight alternative to a co-wash, made for wavy and fine hair that finds heavier washes too much.
What it does
Gently cleanses and lifts buildup without stripping natural oils, and starts controlling frizz from the wash. Adds light moisture so fine hair stays clean and bouncy, never weighed down.

Good to know
It's creamy and non-lathering — that's normal for a low-poo cleanser, and it still cleanses well. Best for wavy and fine hair, and for curlies who find a co-wash too heavy; gentle enough for kids and safe for colour-treated hair. For heavy product or silicone buildup, reach for Just To Clarify instead. Works well in Cape Town's humidity and hard water. Contains wheat germ oil, soybean protein, and coconut-derived ingredients (cocamidopropyl betaine, isopropyl myristate) — patch test if you have wheat, soy, or coconut sensitivities.

How to use
On thoroughly wet hair, massage about a tablespoon into the scalp in circular motions, then milk it through from roots to ends, adding water to help it glide. Massage 2–3 minutes on built-up areas, rinse well, then follow with The One & Only Creamy Conditioner.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery can take 2 - 5 days depending on where you are based. Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban deliveries normally take around 2 days. Orders are sent out with either one of our courier partners, depending on the service levels available in your area.

A: Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.

Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@partnershair.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
