Kérastase Discipline Anti-Frizz Fluidissime is a leave-in anti-frizz spray and heat protectant for unruly hair. Part of the Kérastase Discipline range. Lightweight spray that smooths flyaways, seals the cuticle against humidity, and protects against heat styling up to 230°C / 450°F.

Best for: frizzy, unruly hair needing daily frizz control plus heat protection in one product; humid climate where hair turns frizzy quickly; the leave-in priming step in a Discipline routine paired with Bain Fluidealiste, Fondant Fluidealiste, and Maskeratine.
Less suited to: thick, very coarse hair needing richer cream-based smoothing (use Discipline Keratine Thermique smoothing milk or Masque Oléo-Relax); damaged hair primarily needing repair with heat protection (use Resistance Ciment Thermique or Sérum Thérapiste); colour-treated blonde hair (use Blond Absolu Cicaplasme); curly hair seeking definition (use Curl Manifesto Crème de Jour or Spray à Porter).
