Best for: blonde or lightened hair showing brassy, yellow, or orange undertones; cool-toned blondes maintaining a fresh salon tone between visits; the tone-correcting cleansing step alternated with Bain Lumière (daily hydrating shampoo) on non-toning wash days.
Less suited to: daily use on every wash (use Bain Lumière for non-toning days — purple shampoo can over-deposit pigment if used too frequently); brunette or red colour-treated hair (use Chroma Absolu range — Bain Chroma Respect); non-coloured natural hair seeking general care (use Kérastase Nutritive or Genesis ranges); severely damaged hair primarily needing intensive repair (start with Cicaextreme treatment before introducing toning shampoo).
