Step 1: Carefully remove the cardboard nest from the bottom box of the Coffret. This inner packaging is designed to protect the delicate Rose Amélie products during transit.
Step 2: Gently spread out the nest and place it in the Blue recycling bin. This ensures that the cardboard material can be properly recycled and repurposed.
Step 3: The Coffret box itself can be recycled by placing it in the Blue recycling bin. Alternatively, consider reusing this elegant box for storing other beauty products, jewelry, or small keepsakes.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery can take 2 - 5 days depending on where you are based. Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban deliveries normally take around 2 days. A: Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.

Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@partnershair.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
