This a really beautiful product. Apart from it coming with a little comb to clean it, it also came with a little complimentary bag for my brushes and combs. Its so easy to use and makes life so much easier. I just struggle with the roots but it's nothing the flatiron can't fix. Absolutely love it! Thank you Partners Hair!!

Hi Partners Hair Design, On Friday 29/5 I used my Hot Air Brush for the 2nd time and after about 3 minutes, the 3rd setting stopped working. The 2nd & 3rd setting now sound/heat the same. My hair is dry and I did not use it for a long period. I sent an email 14:44 on Friday, haven't heard, realise it's short time frame but when received the email to review... Please advise? I've had my brush for a year now and its starting to break, it overheats a lot. I have very curly hair and the bristles are of low quality its starting to bend as it blow dries my hair. Some of the bristles even broke off. I wouldn't recommend it for a long term purchase. Would not recommend this brush for extremely curly hair.
I'm not impressed as this is no different to 3 other brands I purchased. Heat is tops but not the bristles. I use it once a week and my hair is thin and curly. Yet to find a blowbrush where the bristles withstand the heat.
It overheats every time I use it. I tried contacting your head office and did an online query. But got no response at all

False advertising, there's no volume after blowing your hair. Your head office customer service sucks, I called 3 of 4 times and nobody ever got back to me
