How to Use
- After shampooing, squeeze excess water from hair
- Apply generously to mid-lengths and ends
- Leave for 5–7 minutes for deep conditioning — up to 10 minutes for very dry or damaged hair
- Rinse thoroughly

Tip: For even deeper conditioning, apply to damp hair, cover with a shower cap and leave for 20–30 minutes before rinsing. The heat from your head intensifies the conditioning effect.

Can I use Moroccanoil mask on fine hair?
The Intense Hydrating Mask is best for medium to coarse hair. For fine hair the Weightless Hydrating Mask is a better choice — same deep conditioning with a lighter formula that won't weigh fine hair down.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery can take 2 - 5 days depending on where you are based. Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban deliveries normally take around 2 days. Orders are sent out with either one of our courier partners, depending on the service levels available in your area.

A: Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.

Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@partnershair.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
