Kérastase Nutritive Masque Magistral is a deep-nourishment mask for thick, severely dry hair. Powered by the high-concentration Irisome complex, it floods coarse, depleted strands with moisture, restoring softness, shine and resilience.

Kérastase Nutritive Masque Magistral is a fundamental nutrition hair mask for severely dry, thick hair. Part of the Kérastase Nutritive range. Intensive weekly treatment that deeply replenishes moisture and rebuilds softness in coarse, depleted lengths.

Best for: thick, coarse, severely dry hair that feels rough; hair that lacks softness and shine despite regular conditioning; a weekly intensive deep-conditioning step.
Less suited to: fine to medium hair (use Masquintense Thin or Lait Vital instead); medium hair that is only moderately dry (use Masquintense Thick); hair primarily damaged by chemical processing or breakage (see Kérastase Resistance — Masque Force Architecte or Thérapiste).

Key actives:
- Irisome Complex 4600PPM — high-concentration glucoactive complex with iris extract; protects the hair fibre from drying out
- Benzoin (Benjoin) Resin — nourishes from within and provides long-lasting hydration to the cortex
- Hydrolysed Wheat Protein — plant-based protein that helps coat and reinforce the hair fibre
- Sunflower seed oil and ceramide — improve cuticle smoothness and shine

How to use: After shampooing (Kérastase recommends Bain Satin or Bain Magistral), blot hair to remove excess water. Apply a generous amount to mid-lengths and ends, massaging through to coat every strand. Leave on for 5–10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use once or twice a week, or whenever hair needs deep replenishment.
