How to Refill
You can easily refill your bottle over & over thanks to a 3-step process :
1. Unscrew your empty oil refill & separate it from the glass bottle
2. Unbox your new oil refill & plug it into the glass bottle
3. Turn your refill to the left until the click to lock-it & recycle your empty refill by removing the pump
Why Is My Hair Not Shining?

It is key to have a regular hair surface with cuticles that are well aligned. This enables to reflect the light in the same direction, the shine perceived by our eyes is then perceived as strong!

Ambient humidity acts on hair properties which are at the origin of frizz. When hair is exposed to variations in humidity, its geometric characteristics (fiber diameter, volume) and mechanical properties (ability to resist to torsion) tends to change, and frizz to appear.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery can take 2 - 5 days depending on where you are based. Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban deliveries normally take around 2 days. Orders are sent out with either one of our courier partners, depending on the service levels available in your area.

A: Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.

A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
