Kérastase Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste is an anti-frizz smoothing conditioner for fine-to-normal unruly hair. Part of the Kérastase Discipline range. Lightweight conditioner that nourishes, detangles, and restores frizz control without weighing fine hair down.

Best for: fine to normal unruly hair needing daily detangling and smoothness; hair seeking soft, fluid movement without weight or product buildup; the daily conditioning step in a Discipline routine paired with Bain Fluidealiste and weekly Maskeratine.
Less suited to: thick, coarse frizzy hair needing deeper smoothing (use Maskeratine in place of this conditioner for richer treatment, or Discipline Oléo-Relax range); curly hair seeking definition (use Curl Manifesto range); chemically damaged hair primarily needing reconstruction (use Resistance Ciment Anti-Usure or Fondant Extentioniste); colour-treated blonde hair (use Blond Absolu Cicaflash).
