Kérastase Première Bain Décalcifiant Réparateur is a sulfate-free decalcifying repair shampoo for all types of damaged hair. Part of the Kérastase Première range — designed to eliminate calcium buildup from hard water while gently cleansing. The second step of the Première routine, layered directly over the Concentré pre-shampoo treatment for maximum effect.

Best for: hair that feels stiff, dull, or rough from hard-water exposure; over-processed, bleached, coloured, or heat-damaged lengths showing persistent fatigue; weekly or twice-weekly use as the cleansing step in the Première routine (layered over Concentré Décalcifiant Ultra-Réparateur and followed by Fondant Fluidité Réparateur or Masque Filler Réparateur).
Less suited to: hair primarily concerned with breakage from structural damage rather than calcium (use Resistance Bain Force Architecte); fine or thinning hair where density is the priority (use Densifique Bain Densité); colour-treated hair where colour care is the focus (use Chroma Absolu Bain Chroma Respect); oily or sensitive scalp concerns (use Spécifique range — Bain Divalent or Dermo-Calm).

- Glycerin — humectant; helps maintain hydration during cleansing

How to use: After massaging Concentré Décalcifiant Ultra-Réparateur into wet hair, apply a quarter-sized amount of Bain Décalcifiant directly over it as a second layer. Add water to lather, massage from ends to scalp, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with Fondant Fluidité Réparateur (fine to medium hair) or Masque Filler Réparateur (medium to thick hair).
