Good day With regards to my order 61980, I simply love the Botonino Super Repair Moisture Mask 250g (after care). My hair feels soft and silky after application. The Hannon leave- in treatment and shampoo has somehow disappointed me. This has left my hair feeling dry and very course. I have used the product twice and I experienced the same effect. Is there a possibilty that I can return these items for another shampoo, preferably Fanola.

I loved the Hannon leave in toner I bought the last 3 tha wrere in stock afrer getting mine. So with the huge variety of specials on all hig brands making the free shipping affordable. The mix I am currently using had my hair feeling both beautiful platinum but still know maintenance because of the toner. The Hannon shampoo is fattsric and I bought the Myokeratin conditioner that is borh a toner and a keratin based conditioner. And my hair looks better than ever the only difference is the affordability of the big brands to the public. I also use rhe unbeeak my blonde a few times a month. Amazing! And Fantastic service.
