Love the products but online service needs attention. Received confirmation email and then nothing. Had to phone to find out when my order would be delivered and then it took another 3 days. Placed another 2 orders on 01/12, received an email confirming order, and then nothing. Today is the 5th Dec, and I have no idea when my orders will be delivered. No feedback.
