The item is not working as smooth and sleek as my previous silver bullet that is still working. Its also not making defined curls as we love curls. My daughter also tried it today and said it can't make curls. We then used the old Flatiron. Please advise if there is another product we should consider or are we using it wrong? It's nice and sleek, but my only problem is that I can't balance the flat iron so it has to be flat on the counter with the hot irons against the surface. Not impressed with the design. Disappointed, now I have to purchase a stand of some sort to not burn any surface.
