It was a gift for my girlfriend as I noted in our first date she mentioned always wanting one and on iur 2 year 10 month anniversary while on vacation u ordered it secretly for her for Christmas after telling her there isn’t money for any gifts and we agreed as we moving in together and that’s where the money went. To her surprise I popped up with a gift and she loved it! Literally cried and the next day she showed me how awesome her hair looks. She also mentions there is no hair pulling compared to her old busted up straighter as well as how easy it was to straighten and how fast especially how fast it heats up! Thank you so much. I'm very happy with the product but disappointed in the communication services when it comes to delivery. There were no updates on my order and I had to call in to check for updates, I was informed that they going to follow up with the driver and I'll receive a call. About 10-15mins after the call, the driver arrived with no communication or anything.
I love the Flatiron, it heats up to 230, so I can use it for doing my Brazilian hair treatments and easily reach the roots. The titanium plates always leave my hair shiny, and are easy to clean after use.
