Hi, thanks for reaching out about the products. I wanted to share my experience—first, I had to use quite a lot of the shampoo for it to have any noticeable effect on my hair. Even after washing twice, it didn’t produce much lather or residue. The treatment left my hair feeling stiff rather than soft or moisturized, which was a bit disappointing. Compared to other products I’m used to, like Joico or morrocan, it didn’t meet my expectations. Would like to post a video next time
