- Complimentary Discipline Bain Fluidéaliste Gentle Shampoo 250ml: An ultra-gentle formula designed to tame hair in need of manageability. Ideal for very sensitized, color-treated, or chemically-treated hair thanks to its sulfate-free formula. The hair fiber is gently coated with smoothing agents to ensure the hair surface is smoother, making hair more manageable and protected from frizz-inducing factors.
- Discipline Fondant Fluidéaliste 200ml: A conditioner for fine to normal unruly hair. Its light creamy texture gently coats the hair fiber to seal, smooth, and tame it. Unique active ingredients provide anti-frizz control and manageability for hair that is soft, shiny, and more fluid.
- Discipline Kératine Thermique 150ml: A taming heat-protecting blow-dry milk for unruly hair in need of discipline. The thermo-protective agents in this milk seal the scales of the hair fiber, protecting it from the blow dryer and heat styling tools up to 180°C. The deep taming properties facilitate blow-drying, reducing time spent on styling. Anti-humidity and anti-frizz properties ensure styled hair stays smoother for longer. Hair is left shiny and more fluid with a perfect glazed-like finish.
How to Use:
- Step 1: Apply Bain on damp hair, start at the roots and distribute throughout the lengths. Emulsify, massage, and rinse.
- Step 2: Apply Fondant to washed and towel-dried hair. Massage onto lengths and ends. Leave in for 2-3 minutes. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly.
- Step 3: Apply heat protectant to washed and towel-dried hair. Massage onto lengths and ends. Proceed to blow-dry. Leave in.

Shipping Information
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery can take 2 - 5 days depending on where you are based. Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban deliveries normally take around 2 days. Orders are sent out with either one of our courier partners, depending on the service levels available in your area.
Delivery is free for all orders over R390.

Q: How does shipping work?
A: Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.

Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@partnershair.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A: We will send you a shipment confirmation email or text as soon as your order has been dispatched.

A: We will automatically send you an order confirmation email or text the moment you submit your order to the email address or number you supplied during checkout.
