Bain Force Architecte Shampoo: The everyday Resistance shampoo for moderately damaged hair. A strengthening formula that gently cleanses while replenishing structural proteins — suitable for hair that has been chemically processed or heat-damaged but is not severely compromised. Use at every wash.

Ciment Anti-Usure Conditioner: A strengthening daily conditioner that smooths, detangles, and deposits Vita-Ciment Complex with every use. Reduces breakage during detangling and leaves hair noticeably stronger and more manageable. Use after every shampoo.

Masque Therapiste Hair Mask: The intensive weekly Resistance treatment for severely damaged or over-processed hair. A rich, concentrated mask that rebuilds the hair fibre from root to tip — particularly effective for hair that has been bleached, repeatedly coloured, or subjected to significant heat damage. Use once or twice weekly in place of conditioner.

Serum Therapiste: A dual-action leave-in serum that provides both heat protection and fibre repair. Applied to damp hair before styling — protects against thermal damage during blow-drying and straightening while depositing Vita-Ciment Complex for ongoing strengthening.

Extentioniste Length Strengthening Shampoo: A specialised Resistance shampoo for long hair focused on length retention and split end prevention. Strengthens hair along the entire length to reduce breakage and support length retention — ideal for anyone growing their hair who is losing length due to breakage.

Extentioniste Length Strengthening Conditioner: A conditioner designed to strengthen long hair from mid-length to ends. Works with Extentioniste shampoo to build length retention — seals split ends and protects against further breakage for hair that is prioritising growth.

Select Bain Force Architecte for moderate damage or Extentioniste shampoo for length-focused concerns — use at every wash. Apply Ciment Anti-Usure or Extentioniste conditioner after every shampoo, focusing on mid-lengths to ends. Apply Serum Therapiste to damp hair before blow-drying. Use Masque Therapiste once or twice weekly in place of conditioner for intensive repair. For severely damaged hair, use the mask twice weekly for the first 4 weeks, then reduce to once weekly for maintenance. Avoid excessive heat during the repair period and use the lowest effective temperature on styling tools.

Masque Therapiste is an intensive weekly treatment — richer, more concentrated, and designed to be left on for 5-20 minutes for deep fibre repair. Use Ciment daily and Masque Therapiste weekly for the most comprehensive Resistance routine.

Can I use Resistance on bleached hair? Yes — Resistance is particularly effective for bleached hair, which undergoes significant structural damage during the lightening process. For bleached or highlighted blonde hair, combining Resistance with Kérastase Blond Absolu gives both structural repair (Resistance) and toning, UV protection, and moisture (Blond Absolu).
