Shipping Information
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery can take 2 - 5 days depending on where you are based. Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban deliveries normally take around 2 days. Orders are sent out with either one of our courier partners, depending on the service levels available in your area.
Delivery is free for all orders over R390.

Q: How does shipping work?
A: Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.
Delivery is free for all orders over R390.

A: Delivery is free for orders over R390 and R67 for orders under R390
Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@partnershair.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A: We deliver everywhere in South Africa.
Q: How do i know my order has been dispatched?
A: We will send you a shipment confirmation email or text as soon as your order has been dispatched.

A: We will automatically send you an order confirmation email or text the moment you submit your order to the email address or number you supplied during checkout.
If you don't get it, check to make sure you gave us your correct email address and also check your junk-mail folders.
If we need any further information to complete your order we will be in touch by email, phone or text. Otherwise your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
